I don't really need a highlifter....just want a better one than stock. The Grizzly's tend to run hot even when brand new let alone if you get a little mud up in there.

I agree, I will have to take a look. Sportsman, Grizz, and Brute have the same bolt pattern for their rad's?? Guess I didn't really look into that. I just know it fits  right in place of the stock so you don't have to put it up on the rack which would suck.

I guess were lucky, I don't have a problem with ours, I have had it packed before, but no issues.
Of course this is a bone stock Grizzly, even when I had larger tires on it I had no issues.

guess so. When the problem first started, I was looking around grizzlycentral for some info. I found tons of people on there were haveing the same problem with their girzz's. So I'm figuring the problem is pretty common. The ride we went on at sonofcesars place, there was also a guy that had a '05 grizz with the same problem he said he switched to the highlifter and had no problem since. (however I did notice he had a '07 grizz) So I figured I would give it a whorle.

I never rode it hard enough I guess, and Missie doesn't ride it hard (to much that is...lol...lol...) so maybe thats why the issue has never popped up.
