MT/R's can be had for around $60 each.  I know that some do not like them, but I still think they are a h-ll of a deal.

No doubt about that for sure... and if the price is right... even better...
In the end (after about 4 hours of reading over a couple days) I decided on the Maxxis.
For the type of riding we do I think they are going to be excellent.

I drove Jacks Prairie several times with the goodyears and quite honestly maybe best bang for buck as far as radials go fast trail riding and snow and some mud its awesome and like Jack mentioned under 70 apiece i thought about putting a set of 26 with the 14 wheel on my brute but can't part with my 27 xtr's

Oh come on Sif. 15 or 20 trys through it and the only casualty was a valve stem. You have to expect something to happen sooner or later. Just like when Rob rides, of course it's usually sooner than later.  Thats funny Right? I'll bet you can make it with a new set of tires! :D

I took my daughters sled through it last Sunday. I was easy with four feet of snow on top. LOL

That is another reason why he can not things always happen sooner to him then later when he rides like I said if he wants to do it with his he can but not with mine :D

You definitely do not need to encourage him
If he even thinks about it the new wheeler will definitely be mine not his (just something to think about superman )
