http://blackrivervalleyriders.com/ in its first paragraph has a site to contact our legislatures and tell them that you are in support of their draft plan of opening county lands to multi-use trails.  This only takes a minute to fill out and it is important as we all know the anti's and Krugs kronnies will be writing letters or e-mails as none of them had the #*!!$ to come to the public meeting last week, thanks

Went on and put up good positive comment mentioning the economic imact and that the county should have a system to tie in with Jefferson and Oswego counties that would not be shut down at the whim of the State or DEC.
Also mentioned that a couple neighbors and I signed off to allow a trail on our land if need be.

Here is a direct link to the Lewis County web site. Please leave you comments... you know the greenies like Krug and his merry band of  In need of lovin are leaving comments against ATVs we need all the pro ATV comments we can get. If you leave comment make sure your husband, wife or significant other leaves their own. If your kids ride let them leave separate comment also!

I've made this topic sticky. I'll leave it that way as long as the form is live.

Comments are being received until July 6th, which is a Sunday and the Fourth is a Friday, so no one will be at the office so I would venture to say comments are good until the 7th.  We only have a week to get these in,,,,

Thanks Kevin!

No prob.

I added a (quite lengthy) comment that I hope gets added to the list of comments being collected and is then deposited squarely on someone's desk. I'd like to think that that someone will be important to this situation of trail closures and that someone will read these comments and realize that we, the people that live and work in these communities have rights too. Allowing someone to decide our future for us isn't why we're American's and it isn't why we choose to like a more rural lifestyle.

That's my hope.

Without hope what do you have?
