ASK FOR DANNY.
www.thecvman.com

he has some heavy duty harder rubber boots for this application. Ask him about it. Tell him ZigZilla or Duane from the MuddNutts ATV club sent ya to him.

I just talked to him, he quoted me 159.99 a "Half Shaft" ( inner / outter/ and axles with boots) for my 02' Prairie. He uses 1" stock instead of the OEM 3/4" stock for the axles, and the rubber is heavier too for the boots. 12 month warranty on the parts, shipping to Upstate Ny is about $10.......He the man to go to!

Ok..... this is a couple years old but I wanted to bring it back to the top...
The last ride we had, like 3 weeks ago... I snapped the right rear CV axle on my Grizzly...
I procrastinated as usual and didn't order the part till this past Wednesday.... yeah I know... been super busy with work and travel... lol...
I wanna tell you all that these guys are great !!
Great prices, high quality U.S. made and assembled right in their shop!!
They were great to talk to, they know there stuff and they got it right out, 2nd day air.
I had the Grizzly on the lift ready to install it when UPS showed up this afternoon, bolted it all up and I am ready to ride again!!
Thank you to John and Neal !! great guys ! great service !!
Pricing...
Complete axle, not a half...
$229.95
2nd day air delivery $22.00

Before...

Grizzly ready to install...

Love it when UPS shows up !!

Monster axle !!

Nice and heavy duty !!!

I did that to my Grizz as well but replaced with oem parts.......thought about going bigger however decided would be better to replace axil again if need be rather than the whole rear pumpkin since that is where it will break now that you got beefy axils :) just a heads up
