Yes you can bolt the dirt rims right on but I think you need an adaptor bracket for the front caliper as the SM rotor is larger. The gearing is higher but you can have the dirt sprocket bolted on the dirt wheel ready to go.
The main difference is the valving in the shock/forks... for the riding up there it should be acceptable unless you are doing a lot of jumps (which we know you NEVER do

) If you need to stiffen it up you will need the forks/shocks re-valved.
