I don't know of any place else to call as I said I believe the insurance stopped most places from renting ATV's

They rent them at the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System, but that's a long way away.

I don't think West Virginia has quite the Lawyer/Lawsuit/Insurance quagmire that the rest of us have allowed ourselves to get into.

Probably not, as you don't even need insurance or registration to ride there.

I have a high performance boat that is tough to insure....much nore so becuase I live in NY....many insurance companies will not write a policy is this state  becuase of the claims history.     Sad....really sad.
