This Saturday, about 9am, Peter and a couple of us will be across from the Edge Hotel cutting a new trail up over the hill, if anyone is interested or available. Trees to be cut and pulled out, some fill is needed and Mike H. has said he could bring his dozer over to work on the grade.

Dick,I'm going to try and make it.Already have a project going at camp but I'll try to show for the morning. What do we need to bring? Just a thought if you had some club memberships and vouchers with you, might be able to hand them out.

Big "APOLOGY" from me! I said I'd try to make it do to project at camp already started,I had a piece of borrowed equipment that had be back in owners barn Sat. night so it could be put in storeage for the season.I took a vac. Friday from work and got rained out so I had to complete task Sat. Hope your project went well, other events coming up that you have time set aside for yet? That last one was a little short notice.

Fully realize that 2 days notice is short, this Sat, the 10th, will be another planned day, we cut quite a few trees down but now the tops need dragging off the trail, some to be cut to firewood length for the landowner, Mike will have his dozer and front-end loader to help us. Chain saw or limbing tool would be great, gloves are a must. Thanks a lot,,,,

Is the area that the work is being done accessible by wheeler? I will be working the night before 4pm - midnight and driving up first thing Sat. morning, will I be able to park and unload wheeler at Edge or someplace else be better? Start time will still be 9a.m. or different? Where is everyone meeting? Hope to see you Sat.

In the past any work might start at a location but by end of day you are a mile from truck to carry chain saw and tools back to start point thats why the wheeler. I thought I had heard from Pete that this was a whole new trail going for some distance.

Sat, the 24th, we are looking for a couple bodies who can help bring fill from Snow Ridge to the "new" trail. We have a front-end loader/back-how which needs a operator and a air-equipped dump truck which needs a CDL license to run. Looking at 9am again and nowhere near as many hours as our last party. Thanks for any help and hope to see U sat...Dick

I going to have to see if I can juggle schedule a little, had other plans in place for this up coming weekend,I thought the next work weekend was last weekend of the month. Once the gravel is moved someone will move it down hill thinking that we are going to be dumping at top.
