Looking for any info on 1983 ATC 70, This trike is BLUE and original.  I think I have stumbled on something here.  Picked it up the other day and I love this thing.  It's totally stock and needs typical sandblasting, painting, and air in the tires.  I'm not finding much online, but what i did find is that Honda had some sort or give-away or sweepstakes for X-mas in 1983 and this is one of them.  Only a few hundred made.  I will post pics soon. Any help would be killer!! Thanx and I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys.

So where are those pictures?   BUMP

Honda did make a blue 70, and for 2 years they made a blue version of the 110 as well.

Is your plastic crack free?  Other then the blue plastic they are the same as the other 70's and it is tuff to find nice OEM blue plastic for them.

Is this your first 70?  I have had 3 of them over the last few years, they a fun little buggers!  I just pulled my Yamaha mini-trike apart today to do a little blasting and painting (it also might end up a little faster then stock when I am done too :D).

I just picked up a MINT 110 today...   :-)

My cousin bought two 70's, (1 blue, 1 red) a 185s, and a 200X new from the dealer. A couple years later, The 185 got stolen, so he replaced it with a 110.    Him & his nieces & nephews used them a few times during the winter to play around their house, then they lost interest.  A few years ago, he sold the 70's. I bought the 200X last spring, & I bought the 110 today.  :-) They had been sitting in the garage for over 20 years.  I'll post pics, when I get it cleaned up & ready to go..

Well Fox!! What do ya think? It's been in a barn right here in town for 3 years and the previous owner had for ten.  I would like to choke the guy who bobbed the front fender.  But I guess there was probably a reason for doing it.  Tank has a couple of dings, rear plastic is original as are the tires. I couldn't wait to start taking it apart.  Of course it needs a little TLC, but don't they all?

Looks like you have a great project start.

The shaved front fender is all too common, when you take the tank off you will find a dent under it wee the frame has started to bend.  The bent frame makes the fender hit the cylinder head.  The bent frame is a very common problem with this, I have heard of people putting a bottle jack between the motor and front axle to straiten the frame.

Thanx Fox! I will look into it.  Not sure if you figured it out yet but I was with Jesse when he picked up your Big Red.  He still has it and its running great.  Do you still have a 70?

Oh yeah?  I didn't realize it was you.  I am friends with the original owner of the Big Red and he was joking around about how I sold his baby, I told him it was in good hands.

I don't have a 70 now, sold my last one last year.  I have a pair of Yamaha tri-zingers, 60cc 2 stroke trikes that are a little smaller then the honda 70.
