i actually fixed most of the signs that were down in the reforestation trails by north/south rd and abby rd area, in brantingham. i was out there in mid to late october with the honda, before i knew the trails were closed becuase i did  not know the rules yet. i rode most of all of them and fixed probobly about a half dozen downed signs in there. :)

It is my understanding that the clubs are obligated to keep the trails open until April 1st through Parks, snow permitting. If you were to pull your signs and for some ungodly reason we were to get snow in March for a change and someone were to ride and get hurt due to lack of signage, your club could possibly be held liable. I highly doubt there will be any ridable snow between now and April 1st but stranger things have happened.

Was wondering if there had been enough snow yet to try out the groomer?  Wanted to know if all the hours paid off ?

Peter and I went up to the Smith Rd today and placed the 'CAUTION  ICY  CURVE AHEAD' 4X4 PLYWOODS with reflective tape and letters.  Guess they ought to see this, there is probably 8 to 10 " of snow just off the trail, trail is packed.  Peter says he will be going out tomorrow night and then Peter, Bill Smith and I have the groomer course at Salisbury Saturday.......
