  Sat January 30th at Snow Ridge for the snowmobile hill climb, crowd control, parking, etc is what is expected of us in return for free admission.  Please PM me to let me know if you plan on volunteering so I can get back to Snow Ridge with a expected number and a name to leave at the gate for your entry.  I'm guessing 5pm or a little earlier and last year the event went just after 11pm.  I would not expect you to stay the entire time but do expect a honest return for your admission, thanking those in advance for helping out.  The club now has 194 members, we closed last year with 199, so lets beat that record, I do have some members who have not paid their dues and we need this money.  Ou fuel bill for the Week ending January 15th was $531 and I only deposited $130 so this is not the direction we want to go in order to keep the trails in the condition they are, and I mor4e than others know we only have a base from the storm we received in early December and no snow to speak of since, make the most of what we have to offer and again please stay on the groomed trail as I see way to many sleds wandering into fields and private land, we could lose main corridor trails if this continues with no way around them as we are running out of consenting land owners,,think snow

  Feb 27th is the second snowmobile hill climb at Snow Ridge, Turin NY, and as the local club we have been asked to check wristbands again, keep spectators out of pit areas, etc.  This is a volunteer project but I can get you in for free if I have a name ahead of time to give to the gate,,,,probably 3:30 or so in the afternoon until whenever you can stay, we are only asking for a honest effort.  We do need snow so if anyone has a sled we can burn as a sacrifice please bring it up this night....
