I am looking at a 2006 650 v2 cat with the kawasaki engine and I realy do not know that much about the engine.
I had a 650h1 and i know the chassis is the same, but the 650v2 engine I donot remember hearing much about.
Is this a good engine and are there any proplems that you know of ???
Thanks Rapidrobert...

Very strong engine. They do not like water though (like any other engine). Check the oil, and the airbox, for signs of water/ dirt. Tons of hop up parts are available for this engine. They make 42 hp, at the crank, in stock form, but can easily be upgraded to put out more than that at the rear wheels. My Prairie makes right around 50hp, at the rear wheels, with the same engine as is in the Arctic Cat.

Thanks for the info I will check it out, I did run the vin number and there are no open recalls from arctic cat.
The wheeler has 430 miles on it and the engine sounds good with no abnormal noises ticking ect.
I was surprised to see that the 650V2 came stock with 26" rubber from the factor. Thanks Rapidrobert...
