these people are sick bastards that need to be caught and prosecuted, no better yet, HANGED in the middle of town. Stories like these lately have been making me sick to my stomach.

I had one of my DS650's stolen a couple years ago..   It took me almost a year to find it, but I did eventually find it... they arrested the scumbag, and he simply paid off somebody in the Albany county D.A.'s office. He got 3 more years probation, and was supposed to pay for the damage... he trashed it... I haven't seen a penny.
