Tim (son) and John (father) are good people and took good care of my buddy when he had problems that he actually caused on his 700 Dragon (fried ECU) that he did not buy from them. I'm not in the market but if I was and it was a Polaris I would most likely buy from them.
They know what parts are wear and tear items and seem to stock them more than other dealers... ie My wife broke a front sway bar on her 04 Classic and they had them and the bushings/rivets in stock to make the repair. I have dealt with them for parts for quite a while and they are always happy to ship them to you if required.
