No Training Wheels!

Two weeks ago I pulled Lynn's fathers Harley out of the garage where it has resided for the last 11 years. After checking to make sure the engine did in fact turn I pulled the carb and cleaned it, drained the tank and installed the 5 year old batter out of my snowmobile. It started so I have been cleaning her up a little at a time.
Installed the stock mufflers, rebuilt the brake calipers and deleted the rear trunk and rack.  It needs tires since they are so dry rotted I can see the air inside of them other than that it is roadworthy.

First the before pics...

Lynn hamming it up after the first wash...

After a couple days of elbow grease still sporting the "pipes"...

Today after the trunk/rack delete and with the OEM mufflers re-installed... Not bad for a 26 year old bike!
