Hey i just recived me 07 registration in the mail the only thing is i didnt renew it yet. NY renewed it automaticly and i was not charged a dime because i had to pay the 25 last year so instead of refunding the money because they aren't gonna open a trail system i recived a free registration. But my neighbor paid 25 last year and he has to pay 10 for his this year  Huh?? . Has anyone else recived free ones?

yeah, well, NY will make their $$$ off your interest you helped them accrue.....freakin greedy pricks.....anyway, a couple of our guys got the freebies too....I would rather just get the cash to register it in another state instead.....They knew people were gonna do that, so they gave you a reg instead. I went to Mass. cause NY says "It has to be registered" but doesn't say where? LOL, I am legal, catch me if you can !

Yeah, when I got mine last June, I got 14 months for the price of 12 since they were changing the due dates from April to August...

When the trail fund was voted down recently, that extra $$ our reggies went up last year was put towards next years registration.  I was talking to a guy that is under the impression we can go to the DMV and fill out a form to receive an additional $5.00 refund per machine left over after they applied the trailfund money back to our registrations.
