yea its great news , and the meeting went well , but remember >
"The trail plan will not go into affect until a state environmental quality review is completed"
What was not mentioned was that the DEC. is backing off enforcing the trail system and the local sherriff is taking over on enforcing the rules and regulations on the trails , I personally had better luck with the DEC being a lot friendlier.
