Just found this topic area, not sure why I never saw it before so I thought I'd put in my $.02.

Wheel-A-Way Motorsports and namely Mark Eagan, the owner of WAW has treated me very well. My first experience with the new owners was with my Cat. Mark picked up Cat wheelers after Boddingtons dropped the brand so Mark had some baggage to deal with, namely unsupported Cat owners. I didn't buy my machine from Boddingtons or WAW but Mark didn't care when it came to servicing my machine. In fact, while in for service the service manager found that my gas tank was on recall! I had checked this recall but missed the part where it actually named the part numbers for the actual tanks and all I did was check VIN numbers for the affected years. Well, apparently mine had an older tank and they found it and replaced it. Since then, WAW has also replaced my inner primary clutch and my exhaust muffler under warranty without question.

These guys treated me so well that I bought a new motorcycle from them. I named the machine and the price I wanted to pay, Mark made some phone calls, found one new in the crate and ate the shipping and the overtime to get the machine assembled for me in record time. Since then, I've had them perform two factory services and they've worked with me to sort out the EFI on the bike as it wasn't quite right. Most of this they did on their dime but when I asked them to replace the main computer they did it under warranty, again, no questions asked. It helped that I quoted the service bulletin almost to the letter but hey, I saved them some time and they made my bike run flawlessly.

So to sum up, Mark Eagan is great to work with and so is the service manager and one of the head mechanics, Al. They're all riders and they are as great to just chat with as they are to have do work for you.

I totally agree with Great White. I will only take my Suzuki King Quad to Wheel Away. They are good and take care of you pretty quick.

Just needed to add something to this thread...

I just had my 7000 mile service done on my V-Strom by these guys. I've had them do all the services and will continue to do so for several reasons that I will be happy to go into if asked and you happen to have a cold beer handy.

My wife and I just got back (about 30 minutes ago) from a 275 mile ride that took us to Inlet and back via some seldom traveled roads. The bike is flawless! Every time I get it back the thing runs like it did the day I first picked it up. Gotta love it!

I just went to post a Kudos for these guys, and I see there is already a post here for them.  A while back I was looking for some carb jets for my Kawasaki KDX.  I wasn't having any luck finding them until I called WAW.  They had them in stock.  Even though they're not a Kawi Dealer, I've bought Brakes, a Drive Chain, Wheel Bearings and some other assorted stuff for my bike.  Their prices are right in line with anyone else, get stuff fast and even call you when your parts are in. (everyone promises that, but never delivers).  Unless I need a Dealer-Specific item, they are my go-to guys.
I like to give credit where it's due.
