You don't see to many 4X4 work vans out there, I can see where that is a huge advantage over a pickup.

Yep,
I had a Ranger with a utility cap before this and needed to tow an enclosed trailer with all my pipe fittings and used the trailer for the equipment (Fireplaces)
With the van I don't need the trailer so it has been sitting in my yard for storage for a few years now.
