I sat on one of these on Saturday at Land/Air motorcycle dealership in Essex, VT. I've always liked the KTM's and they're better than ever now. This is the KTM 990 Adventure and it's finally here in the US.

This is the standard model in black/grey and is the one that I sat on.

Here's one in the factory orange colors.

This is the one that I have a lusting for. 20mm taller all around due to a change in the suspension.

They are great bikes!  A couple of guys, over on kawieriders, have them and having nothing but great things to say about them.

By the way....  You drive all the way to my neck of the woods and no PM to get together for a ride?  You have cut me deeply... TAKE IT!   LOL

Oops, sorry about that. It was a last minute thing. I did a NY, VT, NH, ME and back thing. Big loop, about 1400 miles total this past weekend. Of course I had to stop at a couple shops along the way. ;-)

I'll make sure to plan better next time!
