He might beat you up!
For those that don't know, John owns Timberview.
Turin Man Facing Charges Over Fight
TURIN — John P. DeGuardia, 47, of 5249 Carpenter Rd., was charged by Lewis County sheriff's deputies on July 3 with felony second-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
Deputies say the arrested stemmed from a physical altercation on June 2 in the town of Turin between Mr. DeGuardia and David M. Fey, 25, of 2150 Merry Hill Rd., Boonville. Mr. Fey suffered serious physical injuries to his face from being attacked by Mr. DeGuardia.
He was arraigned in Croghan Town Court and released after posting $2,500 bail. He is to appear in Turin Town Court at a later date.

It's not a good idea to get in a fight once you have been a pro boxer (for either party involved).

This is true.... The boxer usually gets extra charges against them and gets a nice law suit....

Don't know how true it is, but heard that Polaris came and got all of their sleds and wheelers. Polaris pulled the dealer ship from John Timberview. Also is his liquor license on the line because of the felony he was charged with. Went by the place and all Polaris crates are gone nothing setting around the shop, and the bar was closed.

I heard Ski-Doo wouldn't let anyone buy Millards. They could keep the dealership in the familly, but if they left, CJ's and the watertown dealer were too close to open a "new" dealer in Lowville. Maybe Barrows or Highmarket can pick up a Polaris?
