Rails to Trail from Lowville to W.Carthidge

   There is a meeting Oct 4 at 6pm at the Municiple bldg. in W Carthidge [ which is behind McDonalds],support is needed to help develop this trail. The trail is 17 miles of sled/atv following the rail bed.Tried to copy and paste the articile but couldn't.

We certainly need to make as many people aware of this as possible and if you or anyone you know can be there, go to the meeting.
