I have read about numerous people waiting on their sleds from BRP, all over the country, so its not a Ingles isolated thing...
I am in a similar industry and also work with powersports dealers, I work for the mfg, and when the mfg cant build them on time or deliver them on time there is usually a good reason, in this case I have no idea what it would be though....

They look 'way under supported' for my fatass.......

But would YOU call the manufacturer (they all have dist. reps to lean on) or just say basically...when it gets here.....thats not a good way to handle business......

Well I was sort of nice on the phone because I was talking to Jen and she has nothing to do with when they come in.(although she could have SOME info for PAYING customers)... Im sure they have a bunch of yahooo`s calling everyday. They just had a big load of sleds come in but i guess ours was not with them. When I call next week I will talk to Mike. If I have to I will remind him that between my step father and I this will be the 9th NEW sled we bought.

My Mom and I are ready for new ones soon also.....
ALSO they already sold Laraines 500 so she has NOTHING to ride.....lol...

                           "if it snows"........

I know BRP builds a sh#t load of sleds and sooner or later Laraines will be one of them...lol

Most of the north countrys trails open Dec 3 and the rest of the north country opens on Dec 10.Sorry I know it doesn't help you with your sled.

I stpped by Freds Sports today on the way to work.....
He has a TNT on the floor for $7299....+tax/tags
Not sure if I like the XP chassis.....seems very 'unfinished/rough around the edges'.....Dont like the way the body panels fit and are secured;fit too loose and will in time rattle like a mug I am sure....

Also why are some (ski-doo/yamaha esp.) almost eliminating the windshields.....I mean holy cripes my sunglasses cover more that the shields on the xp and the nytro (nice sled in person....great quality)I cant imagine a nite ride in Quebec in January......

Well hope you get yours sorted out.....

I agree on the fit and finish, but all I have seen were show units, I was hoping to see some next week for a better impression.
I cant wait to ride one, if it handles anywhere like my 05 I will have one next season.
As far as the windshield goes....
I ran my X windshield for less than a season, put a higher Cobra one on there, much better....

They seem like something Pep-Boys would sell (and I am 100% Ski-Doo......well maybe 75% them new Yammies are sweet)...the side panel closers are a hard plastic that doesnt look like it will hold up...and then the sides just push in along top...and they vibrate around......

Without a doubt it will be a 'runner'

The X shield on a rev is a lot more than this has......I could live with the revs x shield....

Hmmm....
I sure hope they fix the fit and finish.
Another reason to wait till the 2nd year of a new model.
