Ask and you will receive

The trail from the Hill to Brantingham is just about completed one more good workday to put the rails on the new bridge at Church Inn, spread a lot more fill and one more fence and that section will be completed.

Now that the Buffalo Inn has reopened we will go after 2 more landowners for that area. I have a meeting to goto this evening and I will see if I get anyone to do the paper work for the last piece.

Carthage to Tug Hill I will work this issue over the winter as we are to the village of West Carthage line. What I have been told and have to follow up on are the streets in the old 81 housing registered as actual street? Sounds like a stupid questions but the answer could be a big issue.

Visit www.tughillwheelers.com and goto the photo album section, click on north country bridge builders ans see the photos of our work

Thats very cool.  This is one of the only areas in the Country where the riding areas are actually growing.
I know I've thanked you before, but...Thanks for all the hard work.

You can get there from Happy Valley in Altmar if you want to, but it is easily accessed from anywhere on the Hill.  We rode from Barnes Corners to there on a Poker Run or two in the last couple of years.

Being retired I ride more during the week and I I like to drop off about a 1/2 mile from McDonalds in West Carthage and ride to Brantingham.

Made the call and booked a room for my girlfriend, and I, at the RidgeView Lodge.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year!  I'll be sure to bring the red skins (Glazier hot dogs) if we are going to have the after ride cookout in the parking lot again this year.

Unless the snowfall picks up soon, it looks like I'll be able to do SNIRT on 2 wheels this year.  That'd be cool.  I've never don it before.

I'd love to try it on two wheels, but I think my Honda Shadow might have a little trouble with some of the trails.. LOL  :D

Joe

Started out a few years ago... made it from camp to Barrows on the route with little or no problem even though the snow was pretty deep. Once I hit the North road headed to Highmarket and started hitting ruts made by ATV traffic the problems started. I planted the front end and went over the bars twice within a mile.
After we signed up at Barrows I decided to take a road route to all the stops and sent Lynn with the rest of the group on the wheeler.

That's how I normally ride!  Sounds like I'll fit in just fine.
